  • BEFORE THE VISIT

    Signed with the booking

    The booking flow asks for the waiver right then. Parents cover their own kids in one signature, and the whole family arrives already cleared for the front desk.

  • PARTY GUESTS

    Guest links, no account

    Party invites carry a signing link. Grandparents, cousins, classmates: anyone can sign for their own child without creating an account, and the host sees who is covered.

  • AT THE DOOR

    Walk-ins at the desk

    A family that shows up cold signs on a tablet or their own phone in the lobby. Same waiver, same record, no clipboard and no retyping afterwards.

(02)· WORDING, LOCKED IN TIME

Nobody agrees to words they never saw.

When your lawyer updates the waiver, you publish a new version. Everyone who signed the old wording keeps a record of exactly what they agreed to, frozen. New signers get the new text. If a dispute ever lands on your desk, you can show the precise words each family accepted, with a timestamp.

Your call.

If you run more than one location, you decide whether a waiver signed at one covers the others. Flip the setting per waiver, and the rule applies everywhere at once. What never happens: a waiver signed for your business covering someone else's.
