(01)· THE PRINCIPLE

Think of it as a shape-sorter. The box is your venue. Each shape is a service. You drop in the ones you offer, and each location of your business gets its own box, its own prices, its own rules, and its own calendar.

(02)· THE FOUNDATION

Every module stands on the same ground.

F/01

One calendar

Every booking from every service on one calendar per location. A private party at 2:00 means the 2:00 slot is gone for everyone.

F/02

One customer record

A family's bookings, waivers, membership, and notes sit together, no matter which services they used.

F/03

One money flow

Payments go straight to your own processor. Every charge carries a step-by-step trace of how the number was reached.

F/04

Reminders on your clock

Confirmations and reminders go out on their own, timed to each location's own local time zone.

F/05

Access you control

Invite partners, managers, and staff with exactly the permissions you choose. Nobody gets more reach than you grant.

F/06

Data that stays put

Families own their identity and choose what to share. Your customer relationships stay yours, walled off from every other business.

(03)· THE MARKETPLACE

Bring your vendors into the booking.

Invite the face painter, the caterer, the character performer. You approve who joins. Each vendor gets their own login, lists their services and add-ons at their own prices, and accepts or declines events by email with the details they need to say yes.

Vendors bill the customer directly, so their payments never touch your books. You earn a set percentage on every vendor booking, tracked automatically.

ON THE ROADMAP

A new event request from Sunnyside Orlando: face painting for a party of 12 on Saturday, October 18 at 2:00 PM, 90 minutes, listed at $180.00. The customer's name, email, and phone are redacted until the vendor accepts. Decline or accept the event. The venue earns 15 percent; the vendor bills the customer directly.

(04)· THE CHECKOUT

A checkout that pays attention.

See where customers hesitate, how many are in the flow right now, and where the next upsell should go. Every step is measured, so a leak gets found and closed instead of quietly costing you bookings.

  • Drop-off pinpointed at every step
  • Upsells placed where they actually convert
  • Live customer counts across your dashboards

ON THE ROADMAP

Checkout funnel, last 7 days: 240 started, 214 reached details (-26), 198 signed the waiver (-16), 176 reached add-ons (-22), 152 reached payment (-24), 148 confirmed (-4). An upsell placed at add-ons adds $6 to the average order. 18 customers are in checkout now, the upsell take rate is 31%, and 23 carts have been recovered.

PRODUCT· UPSELL AT CHECKOUT

The upsell that pays for itself.

At the right moment in checkout, a family sees the membership math on their own booking: what today costs, and how fast a membership gets them ahead. Offered, never forced.

Open Play checkout for Sunnyside Orlando, step 4 of 5: a membership upsell offering unlimited visits from $41.99 a month. Today's visit costs $53.98; the Duo plan at $70.75 a month is $6.01 more than today's visit but covers unlimited play, socks, and classes. Solo, Duo, and Family plan tiers are shown, plus optional extras (goodie bag, snack bar credit, visit photography) and an order summary totaling $53.98 due today.

PRODUCT· BOOKING A PARTY

Guests, socks, and the math, handled.

Included slots, add-ons, and mandatory items are counted as the family builds the party, with the deposit and the balance date worked out before they ever reach a card field.

Birthday party checkout, step 3 of guest count: 9 of 15 included children slots used and 22 of 30 included adult slots used for a Deluxe package. Sunnyside non-skid socks are mandatory for everyone; 31 pairs of new socks are added to the host's total at $4.50 each. The summary shows Deluxe $499, socks $99, free socks for 15 kids and 2 pizzas plus drinks included, for a $598 total with a 30% deposit of $179.40 due today and the balance auto-charged 7 days before the party.

(05)· CHARGEBACK DEFENSE

Every dispute, already documented.

Fullhouse records the whole story of a booking as it happens: who signed what and when, from which device, and every interaction along the way. If a chargeback ever lands, the evidence is already assembled into a case your processor can act on.

Venues on Fullhouse see disputes resolved in their favor far more often, and see fewer of them to begin with. The system is built to hold up when the money is questioned.

  • Signatures tied to a person, device, and timestamp
  • Every interaction captured as it happens
  • A dispute packet assembled automatically

ON THE ROADMAP

Dispute evidence for case #4471: waiver signed by Sofia Rivera, device iPhone Safari, signature captured 10:12 AM, location Orlando on-site, receipt emailed and opened, and an audit trail of IP addresses and timestamps. Case strength is rated strong, auto-assembled for the processor.

(06)· CLASSES

Classes run only when they fill.

Set the minimum head-count a class needs to make sense. Families reserve a spot and their card is authorized, but no one is charged until the class actually reaches that number.

If it fills, everyone is charged and the class is on. If it falls short, every hold is released and the affected families are told, automatically.

FILLS → CHARGED, ONSHORT → RELEASED, TOLD

ON THE ROADMAP

Canvas Painting class, Thursday 4:00 PM, minimum 5 students to run. 3 of 5 students booked; 2 more students and this class runs. Three students shown with initials A, C, V and 2 spots left. Cards are authorized but not yet charged.

(07)· YOUR WEBSITE

Everything above lives on your domain, under your brand. One snippet in the site you already have, and booking, waivers, and check-in are simply part of your website. No website? Fullhouse hosts a page for you.

THAT IS THE WHOLE JOB

(08)· THE ROAD AHEAD

The house keeps growing.

Waivers runs today and open play is being built. These are the tools that follow it, each one plugging into the same foundation, so switching one on never means starting a new system.

COMING

Shift Management

Build staff schedules, cover swaps, and see who is on the floor, in the same system that already runs your desk.

COMING

Host Assignment

Put a named host on every party, class and private event, so the calendar shows who is covering what and the desk knows who to send where.

COMING

Payroll

Hours worked at the desk flow straight into pay runs, instead of being exported into a tool that does not know your venue.

COMING

Tap to Pay at the Desk

Take card payments on the counter itself, on the same order and the same customer record as everything booked online.

COMING

Your Whole Website

Launch your venue's entire site on Fullhouse, on layouts tested to turn visitors into bookings, with booking and waivers already built in.

COMING

Your Online Shop

Sell socks, tees and gift-shop items online and at the counter. Retail sits outside the booking fee, so merchandise never carries commission.

COMING

Customer Portal

A family login for bookings, waivers, memberships and receipts, all gathered in one place.

COMING

Open API & Webhooks

Every booking and signature, piped out to the tools you already run, the moment it happens.
