(01) · THE OLD WAY

Most venues run Saturday on five disconnected tools. A waiver app. A party form. A spreadsheet for memberships. A card reader that talks to none of them. Families fall through the cracks between tools. Fullhouse replaces the patchwork with one system where everything knows about everything else.

PRODUCT · WHAT YOUR FAMILIES SEE

Every waiver they have signed, in one place.

Families get a home for their agreements: what they signed, which version of the wording, when it expires, and exactly what they consented to. Bookings and membership join it as those services ship.

The Fullhouse family portal for Sunnyside Play: Jordan's open play and birthday party waivers are valid, classes still needs signing, both children are covered, and agreements stay with each venue.

(04) · SETUP

Live on your website in an afternoon.

  1. 01

    Create your business

Add your locations with their hours and time zones. Invite your team, and choose exactly what each person can see and do. Nobody gets more reach than you grant.

  2. 02

    Switch on your services

Activate what each location needs. Set your prices and rules, then run a test booking and read exactly how the number was reached before a real family ever sees it.

  3. 03

    Drop in the snippet

Paste one snippet into the site you already have. Your services appear under your brand, on your domain. No website? Fullhouse gives you a hosted page instead.

(05) · THE FRONT DESK

Saturday, from one screen.

Search a family once and see everything: the booking today, the waivers, the party next week. Check them in, sign a walk-in on the spot, take a payment at the door. No tool-flipping while the line grows.

  • Waivers checked for every person entering, not just the booker
  • Party guests signed in as they trickle through the door
  • Walk-ins count against capacity just like bookings
The Fullhouse front desk on a Saturday morning: searching for Rivera finds Sofia Rivera and her two children, each with a valid waiver, with 45 of 60 seats checked in and a prompt to sign a walk-in at the desk.

(06) · THE MONEY

Your money goes to you. Directly.

Customers pay you through your own connected payment processor. Fullhouse never holds your funds and never pays you out later, because it never had your money in the first place. It takes a small fee as each payment passes through, and that is the whole of its involvement.

Refunds, declined cards, and scheduled balance charges before a party are handled and recorded on time.

An open play payment: Sofia pays $48.00, $46.89 goes straight to the venue's own account, and Fullhouse's fee of 1.9% plus 20 cents comes to $1.11. Snacks and merchandise are exempt from the fee.

(07) · THE HONEST ANSWERS

The four things you are already thinking.

Venue software has burned most operators at least once. So here is the version without the sales gloss.

“We already run something else.”

Then do not replace it yet. Waivers takes no bookings and no payments, so it sits beside whatever you run today and changes nothing else. If it earns the desk’s trust on a Saturday, switch on the next service. If it does not, you have lost a month, not a season.

“Our policies are unusual.”

Every venue says this, and every venue is right. You set the capacity, the age bands, the adult ratios, the deposit, the expiry. Every quote shows its own line-by-line trace, so when a rule prices something oddly you can see which rule did it, not guess.

“What happens to our money?”

It goes to you. Customers pay into your own connected account and the funds route to you directly. Fullhouse never holds a balance on your behalf, so there is no payout schedule to wait on and no one sitting between you and your takings.

“Saturday staff will not learn it.”

The desk is one screen. Search a family, see every person and whether their waiver is valid, check them in, take a payment. A walk-in signs on the spot. There is no second tool to alt-tab into while a queue builds.

(08) · PRICING

Pay for what you switch on.

No setup fee, no annual lock-in, no bundle of things you will never use. The foundation is included, and every service you add is priced per location, so a single site never subsidises a chain.
