(02) · HOW THE FEE WORKS
The subscription covers the software. The small per-booking fee covers the machinery of money: cards, receipts, refunds, reminders. It applies to core bookings only, and your customers see one clean price.

Do I need a new website to use Fullhouse?
No. One snippet drops the booking flow into the site you already have, styled to your brand. If you have no website at all, Fullhouse hosts a clean page for you at your own address.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
The trial converts to your plan automatically on day 7, using the card you entered at signup. You can see what you will be charged and when before it happens, and you can cancel anytime. There is no setup fee.
Do you hold my money?
No. Customers pay through your own connected payment account and the money goes straight to you. Fullhouse never holds your funds. It takes a small fee as each payment passes through.
What if I run multiple locations?
Add each location to your account. Every location gets its own desk, calendar and settings, and you switch services on or off per location. The subscription is priced per location, so a single site never subsidises a chain.
Can my staff have their own logins?
Yes. You invite each person by email and choose what they can see and do, for the whole business or for a single location. Anything a person is not allowed to use does not appear on their screen.
What hardware do I need at the desk?
Fullhouse runs in a web browser, so you do not need special hardware to start. The desk works online, so it needs an internet connection. Taking cards at the counter with a physical reader comes later.
